Most people choose to pay cash on delivery, BACS transfers or cheque payments. Cheques need to be received in sufficient time for funds to clear before the booking date. Card payments are also now welcome.

10. What if I need to cancel?

11. What if it rains?

We have a unique rain policy in that if your brave enough to have it then were brave enough to deliver it as who are we to cancel your party!! However it is advised that castles are switched off in adverse & very wet conditions due to safety reasons as described in our health & safety section

12. Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?

It is advised that bouncy castles should be set up on as even ground as possible, However slight slopes may be possible subject to us an adequate description of the site beforehand, you will need to discuss this prior to the booking.

13. How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?

The average bouncy castles take approx 15 minutes to set up and 15 minutes to pack up. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which castle you hire and the location.

14. How much space is needed?

All our sizes are listed on each individual item, please see specific inflatable's for more adequate space requirements. However it is necessary that a space of 3 feet is left clear at the front and rear of castle and a further 3 feet on either side to enable safe set up. This is to allow access and the blower at rear. Please make sure all garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc. are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited. Also see our Health and Safety section for further details. For large items you must have vehicle access to the set up site. All other items require a 2m clear entrance into the set up area to allow for safe access. Any other sizes MUST be pre-agreed.

15. Can an inflatable be set up on Hard standing?

Yes it can. However due to the shear weight of sandbags necessary to keep the inflatable safe, there will be additional charges involved (dependant on which inflatable you have booked). NB: Artificial grass/ 4G pitches/ AstroTurf is considered hard standing- as is any surface that cannot be pegged into. If you have a surface such as this for your inflatables you MUST inform us at the point of booking to avoid a penalty charge.

16. What happens if the weather is really bad?

Unfortunately weather is unavoidable and some types of weather means we have to cancel the event on arrival. High winds are an example of this (winds in excess of 24mph are considered unsafe for inflatables), we could not set up inflatables in high winds for safety reasons and would therefore need to cancel. Whilst we make every effort to ensure your event goes ahead, full payment would still be required IF we have to cancel the event due to bad weather conditions on arrival.

17. what clothing/footwear can be worn?

Shoes and any type of footwear must be removed before entering or using the inflatable equipment, along with any sharp objects, spectacles, food or drink. we advise that users wear trousers, leggings, tights or other matertial that covers legs due to the possibility of friction burn from the slides. Covering the limbs greatly reduces the risk of this.
